My Life My Quit:
The My Life, My Quit program is a free and confidential service for teens who want help quitting all forms of tobacco including vaping. Our Coaches receive extensive training as tobacco treatment specialists through our CTTTP-accredited program, with additional training on adolescent cognitive and psychosocial development from a psychologist and professor at Stanford University who specializes in adolescent tobacco prevention.

Smokefree.gov: The National Cancer Institute (NCI) created Smokefree.gov to help you
or someone you care about quit smoking. Smokefree.gov provides resources to quitting
for everyone, and has specialized information for veterans and teens.

Alex’s Saints Foundation: Alex's Saints Foundation's mission is to address the overdose crisis and support young adults impacted by narcotics substance abuse. Their focus is to provide financial assistance for rehabilitation, raising awareness about the dangers of
addiction, and support those who have lost loved ones to drug overdoses. By offering financial support Alex's Saints Foundation helps individuals who cannot afford the high costs associated with treatment to access the care they need. This support increases the chances of successful recovery and reduces the risk of overdose deaths.

Troy Youth Assistance: Troy Youth Assistance provides confidential, short-term, family-centered casework and referral services for youth, 17 years of age or younger, and their families who live in Troy or attend Troy schools. Referrals are accepted from school personnel, police, parents, and other community sources. A caseworker assesses the needs of each child and may provide casework services, connect families with available resources, or make appropriate referrals.
